Get the best of both worlds staying close to Downtown St. Augustine and the beaches. Walk to the Amp and State Park. Close to historic sites, shops, restaurants. Comfortable king size beds in all bedrooms, comfy living room w/ two sofas, bright sunroom, large dining table, outdoor dining set in large backyard oasis.

Relax by the palm tree-lined pool on one of the many chaise loungers or cool off in the pool with floaties and toys for the kids. Rinse off using the outdoor shower after. The spacious patio by the pool offers a large outdoor dining area to enjoy meals, fire up the BBQ grill, or just hang out with your group. The lawn in the front and backyard offers the perfect space for fun games.

Entertain in the beautifully decorated, open concept living area: with a large dining table, additional seating at the kitchen counter plus two comfortable sofas your group has plenty of room to spread out. A smart TV, books, and board games are provided as fun indoor activities. The sunroom offers more seating with lots of natural light and views of the lush backyard. Our modern kitchen has beautiful stainless-steel appliances and is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, tea kettle, utensils, dishes, wine glasses, cups, etc.

The large master bedroom has a tropical theme and offers a desk as the perfect place to pull out the laptop and work remotely. This luxurious room also comes with extra seating, a private patio, and mini fridge.

The other bedrooms have king size beds as well and are equipped with room darkening blinds or curtains. You will find closets and dressers to store your items. Additional blankets are provided for cooler nights. The sleeper sofa is located in the living room and will be set up for group sizes of maximum guest count.

The bathrooms are stocked with towels. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap are provided. These products are free of paraben, sulfate, and phosphates. The en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom has a sizable shower, while the second bathroom offers a tub for relaxing baths. Bathroom cabinets and shelves offer storage for your hygiene products. Please note: The second bathroom is off the hallway and is for guests staying in bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and on the sleeper sofa.

You have access to the entire home and pool area. You can access the home by keyless entry. Up to four cars can be parked in the driveway, additional cars can be parked on the street.

Quiet, residential neighborhood on Anastasia Island. Close to the beach, Anastasia State Park, Amphitheatre, shops, and restaurants.

We highly recommend traveling by car for your stay. During your stay you are able to walk or bike to places nearby. Uber and Lyft are an option as well, they are not as reliable if you are looking to travel further, e.g. to the airport.

Children are allowed, but please note that the house does not have any additional child-proofing features such as outlet covers, locked cabinets, or other secured storage spaces. Our backyard is fenced; however, the immediate pool area does not have a secondary fence. Children must be supervised at all times in the backyard and pool area. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
